In this course you will learn how to:
- Incorporate different aspects of fitness into our day in an outdoor setting, home or gym.
- Design your own simple routines with or without equipment.
- Incorporate and express your spirit-mind-body trinity through fitness.
- Use fitness as a personal growth tool.
After many different approaches, classes, certifications, practices and activities, I have come to a solid approach to exercise. My method grows from the seed of curiosity and the search for a way in which exercise can be incorporated into every day in the most natural way. I work from the harmonization of Mind-Body-Spirit without oversubscribing to anything.
The main goal for this course is to transmit as clearly as possible the true meaning of fitness and to break myths that might be preventing you from a healthier and happier life experience.
By definition, to be physically fit means, to be in a state of health and well-being, that is defined as the body's ability to function efficiently and effectively in work and leisure activities, to be healthy, to resist disease and to react to emergency situations.
This is what being fit means, not any particular body shape, size; nor how fast we can run, how many medals, followers on social media one has etc.
